This is the message Tarek sent me.......i've never known a dog that doesn't bark!!!,we are in Sharm from March 5th for a week & will be going up to Sierra to see the state of play,we were hoping for handover while there but have heard nothing......we won't be parting with any money if the dog is a nuisance,we brought our place there like all of you as a holiday home but if dogs are going to be allowed it won't be long before the resort becomes like the Shameless estate & that aint for us.
Chelle & Stu
Thats rubbish Stuandchelle!!! I confronted the owner - well wasnt sure as there were about 3/4 Egyptian young men in and out and a blonde haired foreign lady. Anyway got fed up and they left the dog on the balcony whilst the men obviously went off to work again. ( anyone on here that has met me knows I dont beat about the bush and if I have something to say I'll say it!! )
I got off sunlounger as the men were walking off site and asked if they were leaving the dog out whilst they went off. They al looked at each other and carried on walking so I got off my lounger and told them they are not going to leave it out barking whilst they went off. He then said my dog doesnt bark ( woof woof woof in background ) so I pointed and said what the f*** is that then. I then pointed to all the crap in my garden and around the zone and told him to move the sh*te because we will not tolerate it. By this stage I was pointing like a demented woman saying ****e ****e ****e bark bark ****e!!!! Think they got the message as they went back and took the dog inside. Bet Simon the owner dont know they have a puppy!! BTW it might only be 4 months as Tarek says but it is bigger than my 7 yr old staffie already and my Tyson is a big Staffie.
Also after they were ' told ' the dog was still let out messing and without a lesh as people renting my apartment told me that the security knocked on my door the other day to tell them not to come out as the dog was out without a leash!!

I am having weekly reports on the loose dog issue and the crap and will produce video and photographic evidence.

I personally think it is even worse that Tarek has admitted that the dog is on the balcony and not indoors as we would prefer it to be indoors!!

PS I have already video'd the dog tied up in the heat barking - oopps sorry he doesnt bark maybe he was singing lol xxx

Default that dog

I knew that Tarek was bull****ting about the dog......whats it gonna be like when the weather gets really hot out there.....if it was ****ting on my garden i would scoop it up & put it outside their front door.......the resort is not the place for dogs...lets hope they move out soon.....do you know how long their let is on the flat?
Surely SRE understand people are not going to tolerate this.......but they don't seem to care

Hi Chelle - no agree they dont seem to care as they are renting via Adam through them so SRE are getting the commission! Dont know how long the let is for. Adam did give me his email a while ago and told me to email or ring him if I needed him or there were any probs but cant find it. Anyone got it????

We waited 4 days for the crap to be taken out of our garden and we told Tarek the developer - he came on site - that we DO NOT pay the gardeners, cleaners, maintenance staff to clear up dog ****e. As we were talking the workers were cleaning it up ( again demented woman was pointing ****e ****e ****e here here here !!! ) and hubby told Tarek that it is not workers job to do that but to do what we are paying maintenance for eg clean stairwells, empty and clean bins etc. When they had a picked it up ( offenders patio window was open ) Paul told them to chuck it in their window!!! Really thought he was going to grab it and do it himself. No joking though but if there is anymore in my garden or around any pools when I am next out the ****e will really hit the fan!!!!

At the end of the day be responsible pet owners and aint that hard!!

Smile dog progress

Dear Michelle
Warm greetings from Sharm
Thank you for your reply
This decision is not from us it is from the developer
I did CC this Email to the developer office so you can communicate with him
Any way now we are very strict on the rentals and will not allow dogs
I love dogs but would not like to live in a place if the dogs barks aI agree with you if the dogs make noise and dirt around

Have a nice day.
Kind regards

Hi all

long time no speak, Happy New Year
I spoke to SRE this week as we had been told that our apartment completion had been put back to - initially Sept 08, then Dec 08, then Jan 09 and the latest update is that we now won't be completing til Mar 09?????
has anyone else been experiencing the same delays? we havent even been given a reason why, we have just been told 'sorry'

Anita

something that i have been wondering about for a while is the maintenance money.

Lou has said that somewhere along the line she has read that compensation for late delivery of an apartment will be taken out of this . i think that this is total nonsense as this fund is nothing to do with the developer. Louise is sure she has read that either the owner of a late delivered apartment will have their maintenance cost reduced to reflect the compensation. please please tell me that this isnt true.

you folks that have already paid, what contract did you get regarding the fund.
who is in charge of it?
who can draw money from it?
what is " maintenance " and what is wear and tear or bad workmanship.

happy new year everyone, stew
