Default Hotel completion

Hello Anita. With regards your question about completion of the Hotel buildings, the attached pictures were taken just over 6 weeks ago, so my guess is no they wont be finished then but if anyone knows otherwise I would be pleased to be advised.

Jeff.

Hi Anita - all work I believe has stopped on the hotel rooms at the moment because the developer is still awaiting permission from the government. Without looking into my emails - he has had permission for most but still waiting for permission for around another 90.

Hi all - Tarek the developer posted an update on another forum 19/5 and I have the permission from the forum owners to post here as well

Hi ALL MEMBERS , specially who are interested in the SIERRA RESORT , here are we stand today.

since it is slow in SHARM due to the international economic summit DAFOS , i decided to put few words about the progress at the site.

as soon as the workers are allowed back to sharm ,the company in charge of the pools will start finalizing the piping and wiring of the 4 pools for the 4 zones - ZONE 2( building 8-15), ZONE 3 (building 32 -40) , ZONE 4(building 16-23) and ZONE 5(building 41-48), next step will be configuring the landscape for those ZONES and then we will start handover. meanwhile the work in the units in this zones will be finished ( for final works like installing the sanitary and electrical fixtures then final coat of painting)

the buildings itself is almost finished ( facades , marble stairs , terracota , roofs ,sanitary and electrical ) and the units inside most are done ( ceramics ,plaster, painting , aluminum , doors and isolation ).
Concerning the last 2 ZONES 6 ( building 24-31) and 7( building 49-58) will be next .

Hi Stu and Chell - thanks for that - not long but cant come quick enough.

I have made a note of those that have asked me to check out their apartments and take pics. I have sussed ( well Amy showed me ) how to use the video option as well. Will take 2 x 2GB memory cards which should be enough!

If any one has any specific questions they want me to ask please let me know.

Watch this space.
