I don't know if Alison meant sunday morn as she left for Sharm yesterday...and if she did mean 'sunday morn', it's now the afternoon in Egypt. I'm sure she'll do what you asked if she gets your message though.

Well., having spent the afternoon in the garden with a bunch of friends and several bottle s of wine that I now find are priceless, I think I can understand this message. I'm sure that Alison will do all she can, we are waiting with baited breath for her piccys. I really need an excuse to jump on the first cheap flight and get out there to Sharm... Iain

Having re-read my post I can see why copious amounts of alcohol were needed to understand it.

Basically Alison asked people to get in touch with her on 'sunday morn' at the latest. As I know she was leaving for Sharm on saturday, I wondered if she did in fact mean saturday morning. If she really meant sunday morning , Jeff had forgotten the time difference.

...and re-reading that I can see that I'm the only one who'll understand what I meant Nothing new there then!!!!

Hi all

It is soooo hot at the moment. In Naama at 11pm last night the temp was showing at 37!!

Went on site yesterday and must say that we were impressed with the 1st phase. The pics dont really do it justice and it is alot bigger in the flesh. The intention was to have a good look around and take pics starting with our apartment - but we couldnt get in the front door. There were about 12 workers inside trying to get it completed!! The pool area and gardens in our phase was the same as what it was in Oct but they had loads trying to clear the pool area where all the building rubbish had accumalated. We are going back on Thurs at 5pm so will get more pics and report back.

Met up with Elaine today ( what a lovely lady ) and whilst I was with her hubby said he met a couple of others from the forum - thinks it was Lyn and Ryan - think they are now staying at our hotel so watch this space. Met up with In2 and his lovely wife as well.

Hi Alison, glad to see you arrived safely and have already been up to check out the site. We wait your update when you go back on Thurs - hope they get your place in good order for you! I noticed from the weather report on Sharm that humidity was 18% whereas in London it was 36% so I guess though it's very hot its bearable? We had about 26 yesterday and a bit lower today but beautiful sunshine so it's been lovely.

Hi Debbie and welcome to the forum. Alison is marvellous on information on Sharm, but as she's there at the moment and not always able to get to a computer, she might not be able to get back to you til she gets back from there! I think she's home on saturday but she'll need a chance to catch her breath! If you don't hear back by monday, post again on this thread.
