HI Debbie if you google Sharm Residence you should still find a couple of agents that have some for sale but they might be slightly over your budget. They are unfurnished but ready. The ones I know of that are furnished are around 55k. You will get more for your money if you look in Hadaba but alot of the apartments there dont come with pool access for that budget. I am home now so will look in my faves and see if there is anything that may be suitable. The one that is a private sale on Sharm Bride is a top floor 1 bed with 2 balconies. I dont know when it will be ready but can find out if you want and the price as well.

i guess prices starting from 35 to 36000 GBP and unit size from 64 to 66 m2
