we already have the PoA we did this in London months ago
sorry, when i put did SRE ask anything of your time - what i meant was did you have to do any paperwork etc with them, go to see them to sign forms etc??
i have e-mailed both the developer and SRE for a update on the completion date but have had no replies

Hi Anita - sorry know what you mean now. No they didnt really. Didnt see Tarek. We went to sign the contracts but wanted them to add PJ and Amy on. They couldnt do it there and then - dont ask me why as it would have taken all of 2 mins to add them to the stored file on the computer. They emailed me the amended one once I got home so need to sign and return it now.
As far as I am aware there are no other forms etc at this point to sign. May have to sign more when we get handed the keys. Hopefully Lynn and Ryan can update us on this because I think they now have their keys.

yeah it does seem a little strange that they wouldn't update your contracts there and then (i will bear that in mind as we were going to try to do the same also)
just really wanted to get some flights booked and organised ready as i didnt want to do a last minute rush flight - but it seems we may be left with little choice if the developer or SRE dont get back to us soon

Exciting news - the developer posted some information on another forum and I have the forum owners permission to post the update here. I have asked Tarek about the Residents Assoc because people would have now paid for their maintenance ( we need to know how this money is being controlled etc )

ZONE 1 BUILDINGS 1-7 18 MARCH 08
ZONE 2 BUILDINGS 8-15 END JUNE08
ZONE 3 BUILDINGS 32-40 END JUNE08
ZONE 4 BUILDINGS 16 -23 MID JULY08
ZONE 5 BUILDINGS 41 -48 MID JULY08

as for last 2 ZONES 6&7 BUILDINGS 24-31 and 49-58 will be set in AUGUST & SEPTEMBER.

It appears that ours and Tonys will be ready tomorrow.

Congratulations to all that have received their keys or will be doing so in the not too distant future.

Hi Alison - interesting schedule there - so we would get ours mid next month I guess.

Have you any idea of the hotel situation? Your video shows it very far from ready!

Hi Iain - yes according to his schedule yours isnt too far behind ours. The hotel still has alot of work. I suppose once all the phases are finished it will free up all the workers to continue will the hotel. I suppose with all hands on deck it wouldnt take too long. I havent heard anythng though from the developer but if I do I will update here. From memory I think he said the hotel should be complete around October time.
