Right just looked at the map and it doesnt state which blocks are 1 or 2. Can you look at the map http://www.sharmelsheikhrealestate.c...sierra-top.jpg and visualise standing on top of your block looking at the pool in front of you and tell me if your block is on the left or right hand side. Hi all

does anyone happen to know whether there is a window in the bedroom of the 1 bed apts?? it looks to me as though it is just the patio windows out to the balcony???

Also does anyone know the size/dimensions of the kitchen and lounge window (and the measurement from the ground to the window) so that i can buy curtains/blinds etc??

We do not have the measurements but I believe that there is only the patio doors in the bedroom.

I will also go back on site in the morning as well. Te prev pics I took last month were at about 5.30pm so it will give you a good idea of the sun and shade etc.

We have only been told 17C is our 1 bed apt. It was still being built when we visited the site last Nov. It is the top floor and the way it was pointed out we thought it was the apt on the left as you look down on the pool. Sorry we cant be any more specific. We have just been told our apt may be ready but Tarek is to check it out next week when he is in Sharm. If you do see Mr Yehia can you remind him that we are still alive and awaiting the contracts. Tarek still has not seen them.

Hi all just in internet cafe at La Strada ( 30le per hour so not too bad - Jaz Mirabel was 75le ) trying to download pics and vids. Just went on site on my own this morning again and took some more pics. I also took a stroll down to the beach and there were lots of parasols down there. The breeze was lovely - it has been 45 degrees. Went to the Metro and it is excellent and wel stocked. There is a meat, cheese and fish counter and what looked like a curry counter. Lots of frozen foods etc. They had lots of glasses, mugs, saucepans, frying pans, pyrex dishes, plastic containers etc. Well stocked for cleaning gear ( 2kg bag of persil was under 30le ). They sold mops, buckets, dustpans and brushes, cleaning cloths, dusters etc. They also do free delivery as well. Next door is the HSBC Bank.

Last time I went to an internet cafe in Hurghada or Cairo it was LE4 per hour. In El Gouna it is LE15.

Hi all - the site looks fantastic - made me cry - can see the light at the end of the tunnell. This internet speed is driving me mad. I have just uploaded a vid on you tube coming out of our bedroom and shows the pool - dont be put off by the colour as they are just checking for leaks - I dipped my toes in the one on phase 1 that is finished see
