Hi Alison

Thanks for taking the time to video the resort. Its the first time we have had a good look since we were out last November and see massive changes. We are really looking forward to taking over the apartment and cant wait for the handover.

Thanks again

Regards
JohnandDawn

Hi all due to rising costs in Egypt Mostafa from Idea4furniture are increasing their prices from Aug so suggest if you are going to use them to start ordering now to secure the old price. It will rise from £3900 to £4500 for the 1 bed package.

I have put some pics of another apartment on Sierra that Mostafa has just finished see http://www.propertycommunity.com/forum/egypt...html#post66888

Hi Tony late fees are not being paid if the handover is within 18 months of when you 1st signed the contract. Basically the clause in the contract with late handover and penalty doesnot mean anything. I signed Nov 07 and handover was July 08 so well within the 18 months handover that Tarek stated.

Dont know about hotel - could be a yr?? Anyones guess really. Someone has just sold a re sale for an owner middle floor 1 bed I believe unfurnished for £47,000!!!!

Then I would say that you would be paid the late penalty from Nov/Dec to when you have your handover. So far you should be entitled to at least £700 but dont quote me on that x
