Meant to have said that prices on Sierra will be increasing very soon by another 10%.

15th August, to be precise.

So anyone interested still has a little over two weeks to get their reservation in at the current prices.

Thanks for letting us see the state of play at Sierra, we were told August completion but judging by what you have shown us we did right by booking accomadation elsewhere for our September trip.

SRE website now states that the 10% price increase is effective from 15th Aug as stated earlier by Nick.

dont know if i should use this or post reply i am hoping to book a flight end of august but have been trying to contact developer to get a completion date but are getting no reply to emails is this normal

Hi Tony - what email addie are you using?? Tarek the developer has only just returned to Cairo from Sharm so he is probably playing catch up. He replied to mine 29th July.

No its not normal as the developer usually replies straight away, however I do know that he was on site for a few days and has just returned to Cairo
