I would imagine Tonys and Amanis are done now ( block 35 ) as there was not much to do a a couple of weeks ago - just finishing off the bathrooms really. When I met Tarek I gaev him all the numbers of the apartments I checked out and these were also noted by the engineer. I have asked Tarek for an update on all these apartments.

Hi Tony and others

Tarek the developer states that

Hope you are well, ZONE 2-3-4-5 already finished and people are living in them however there are few units still delayed for minor finishing specially building 22-23-47-48 in a week i think i can reply since i'm traveling to germany and france and be back next week
that desn't mean the work will stop but only i'm not in CAIRO to reply the emails.
last week i was also away ( in sharm at SIERRA RESORT) it is looking better but we still hoping for improvment. we can't do it without our wonderful customers.

What I would suggest Tony is you email Tarek at SRE and state what the developer has told me and can he confirm thatyours isnow ready for handover as you really do need to book your flight.

Hope this helps

Alison

Default Furnishing of apartment

Hi all just had a message from Mostafa to say that my air cons and all lighting is now installed, living room and bedroom done and just the kitchen and marble worktops to finish and should all be complete by Sat. Hopefully I will get pics soon and post them.
