Hi Alison,
while you are at your own appartment please would you be kind enough to video your kitchen for us , as we have purchased the furniture package from Mustafa and we are not sure wether to go with the round table or the breakfast bar option the same as yours.
We assume that where the breakfast bar is located is governed by the location of the bathroom door ?
We really like the kitchen that you have had fitted and we will probably go with that, I like the idea of working at the breakfast bar and still feeling that i am still involved as apposed to having my back turned while cooking.
We also really like the L shaped sofa idea as this means the appartment will accomodate 5 people.
With the package from Mustafa does he give us the option to choose fabrics for sofa ,curtains & bed linen etc ?
We hope that you have a great time and that our request does not take up too much of your time.
Many thanks
Wayne & Fee

Hi Wayne and Fee - I choose the fabric of the settee from what saw in his show room and there is a choice of styles and colours for the bedlinen. I left it up to him to match up the fabric for the curtains. We had a choice of tog for the duvets and also for the firmness of the mattresses. We choose the L shapae as we thought it would give another single at a push. You can have the breakfast bar even if you apartment is the other way round. It doesnt matter.

No probs I will video my apartment and try and upload it next week.

Is there anywhere / anything else anyone wants pics taken of??

Looking forward to meeting Iain and we are also meeting up with Daren and his family and going for a meal in the eve which will also be very nice xx

Hi Chelle - just to let you know that I managed to book a return shuttle transfer for £7.56. It gave me the option of putting in the address so I input Sierra apartments not hotel next door to Jasmine in Nabq. Hopefully they will take me to the right place!

Hi Chelle - dont worry I will make sure they stop lol.

Zeiad seems to be a bit slow answering emails or not answering them at all. I think he emails when he has news.

You have your POA dont you?? If so you dont need any other visas as you would have got them when you got the POA ( unless you want to go out of Sinai and had a multi entry that expired ).

I will ask the site engineer for you of a realistic handover date. This packing lark is driving me mad as trying to take things I know I will need and putting them in and taking them out again as only got 15kg with XL!

I emailed the developer yesterday and he confirmed the sat tv is connected and we have 58 channels so at least I may be able to watch films in the evenings. He also said although there is no wifi yet he will connect my apartment to the internet so may take the laptop and upload the vids and pics in the evenings whilst I am there xx

Hi Chelle - no u r not useless lol!! We are all in the same boat and learn from forums like this.

I went to El Tor last yr and it was an hours drive - got a return taxi for £15. You need the single entry visa that you buy when you land in Sharm to be able to leave Sharm. Zeiad will arrange for someone to meet you at thepassport office and he then gets your multiy entry and residents visa ( these costs in total about £15 ) only one of you needs to get these as only one needs to get poa to give to Zeiad.( if you are both going for the journey you will need to get the visitors visa when you land ) When you have these you then drive a little further down the road to the notary where you get the poa and it cost 40le about £4 and basically thats it. You then give the poa toZeiad and he can then proceed with the registration process. So unless he has the poa he cant do anything more. You can get it done in the UK but alot dearer especially if you have to take the day off of work and travel to London as well. As you are going next month get it done then.

If I were you I would email Zeiad to tell him when you are going over and for him to arrange someone to meet you in El Tor and state that you need to get the poa done and hopefully you will get a response.

I have a female taxi drivers number that knows the way to the passport and notary office so let me know if you want her details xx

U will think we are really stupid now.......we did all that POA in London, now u have explained it.....we then sent it back to Zeiad......i think we did all that April/May time.....so i suppose now its just a waitin game till someone gets in touch......we were given a handover date of Dec 31st when we signed the contract but we wont be back in Sharm after this visit until March so we would really like to tie it all up then if we can
