Hi James, I see from a previous post that you will be going over on the 10th, we are going this Sunday ( 7th ), myself and Tracey, Tracey's daughters Carla and Kerry, Matt ( Carla's partner ) and Smiffy ( a rather Hi Octane mate ). If you feel like meeting for a beer or coffee sometime while you are there and we can share our joys and woes of property buying in paradise then let us know what would suit you and we will see if we can arrange it.

Any other purchasers who may be in Sharm over the next fortnight who would like to meet would be more than welcome, after all we will shortly be neighbours of a sort.

What a brilliant forum, its so good to hear whats going on and who lives where, etc. and of course to meet everyone at some point.
We are currently having some problems with the layout and hand over of our property, block 3 b12 , a big break down in communications at some point, but hope for a speedy resolution and would very much like to think that i will be out next month placing orders for furniture etc...
its been a very long , wet and windy day here in Southampton and hope that the weather improves soon. So for now will say good night and look forward to speaking soon.

Hi Colin and Karen and its lovely to have you joining the forum - welcome.

I have taken some pics of the exterior of yours. It certainly from what I could see on the outside has been finished. I spoke to the new general manager and asked him to contact you. I said that you havent had handover yet and are getting anxious and would appreicate an email from somoeone. I did say that there may have been a prob with the configuration but he seemed to think that it was made into one apartment and not 2. He poited up to where a door should have been if it was 2 seperate. If you dont here anything in the next few days let me know and I will give you his email address.

Your phase is looking great and I have been swimming in the pool in that phase everyday. The scrubs are starting to get established and a few were starting to flower.

I will try and upload all the pics and vids today xx

Alison
