Still don't understand whether registration has to take place before handover or can it happen at any time afterwards? We'd hate anything to hold up handover when we go to Sharm in November.

PS You're photos of the Mangroves looked beautiful, aren't we all lucky to be so close!
Hi Robin and Jane - no dont worry it wont hold up your handover. My registration has not been completed yet. I didnt give my signed contract to the developer until the day of handover!

The Mangroves are stunning. I am arranging a trip to them again on quads this time with our lawyer and a couple of other friends. There will be 8 of us so should have a great time.

Kamila
Hi Kamila no I would not recommend the quads for young children. You need a car to get there so it might be worth seeing if you can hire a car and driver for the day.

We are trying to arrange the trip for 19th as our 2 dont arrive until 11th and friends not until eve of 16th.

Please feel free to pop into 40A2 for a drink though when you are there - is it tomorrow you fly out or next Tuesday xx

Hi Alison,
lucky you, going out for your 1st holiday in your apartment with the family, and I heard a mention of a party, nice one! Your apartment looks lovely and I hope you have many good times in it, which I know you will.

Hi Stew you are more than welcome to join us for Xmas dinner xx

I have found a lady that will do fortnightly checks on our apartment for leaks, pests etc and she is arranging the quads for me. £15 single and £20 double xx
She is arranging for them to pick us up from the apartment.

i think what you are trying to do is save the text for the threads that have information within that you find helpful. and if you ever want to go back to that particular piece of information you have to scroll through all the posts that the gossiping women write. ( only joking ladies ) to find it. which can be a bit long winded. what might be an idea is for you to crop and then paste it into your own word document. that way you will have all the information that you want on your PC and you will not even have to go online to look at it.

i hope this helps. stew
