Hi Robin and Jane, like you I have not heard from Abbas the Lawyer, for quite a while. I went out to El Tor with Abbas in Dec. 07, to do the POA stuff.
I paid 50% of his fees and was assured that everything was in hand.
I now haven't heard back from Abbas for a least 4 months, despite me sending a number of E'Mails.
I am out in Sharm again in Dec. to complete (hopefully) on my apartment, so like you, I am keen to make contact with Abbas, to understand where we are with the contract etc.
Have you had any response back from him?

Hi Alison,

We would greatly appreciate an update and some internal photos if possible on our appartment 25a1. we are hoping to come to sharm in Dec to complete but have not heard anything from Tarek as to the progress, in fact we have not heard anything from anyone in a very long time. We also dealt with Abbas and went to El Tor with him in January and we paid all the fees upfront but have not heard anything since!!! We are however keeping a positive outlook and are sure to hear from him soon!!!
