Hi wayne and Fi, just also noticed you guys are from southampton as well.

I know you are friends with Colin and Karen and that they were from southampton but didnt realise you guys were too. Where abouts do you live, we are in Woolston.

Do you know I think we are purchasing in the same ring as you - we are buying 30C1. How mad is that!!!

Anyway would be great to hear where you are from.


We are out for a flying visit in October (away for 2 weeks but at Sierra for a measly 5 hours). We will be enquiring with regards to completion of our block in October and will also ask him about the rest of the ring to get a guideline of when they will be ready. Jeff who is buying 29, has been told November (although he doubted this). They did tell him the pool would not be ready by then tho. I hope to get a picture of the pool outline at least so will post that on here for you to see.

Would greatly appreciate any update photos of my 2 apartments in Block 45 on the Ground Floor.
I am planning to go out to Sharm in Dec. so hopefully the apartments are close to completion!

I did go into yours and took some pics / vids but cant remember if I posted them - have you seen them??? If not I will post them on here.
