Hi Lou - you're welcome. Yes agree that they should concentrte on finishing one at at time. There are now 3 zones including mine that have pools filled and need finishing. We have stated that we want all this done beofre we come back in December as we are paying maintenance for lighting which we havent yet got in our zone.

Hope you enjoyed the rest of your holiday xx

Hiya Alison, yep had a fab rest of holiday and luckily Stew was feeling much better when we left than he did when we arrived!!!

Had a couple of days back out on another boat which was fantastic.

Fingers crossed they will get everything done for you guys before Christmas, although its looking fantastic, it will be nice for you when everything is ship shape.

They told us 8 weeks but we think more like four months!! still as long as its ready in April we are not too worried.

xxxx

Hi all

Just to let you know that I have had a very positive response from one of the directors from my email I sent after my recent visit. Please pm me your email if you would like to see it.

One of my concerns was the security and I have been told that they have been replaced with a team of 25 who will be managed and headed by an ex police officer.
I employ a lady to do weekly checks on my apartment and she went on site yesterday. Im pleased to report back that she was stopped from entering my apartment by 2 security guards which Im sure you will agree very positive news. She has organised the grilles to be made for my downstairs loo and kitchen windows at a cost of £60 which I think is well worth it for the extra security and piece of mind. She found no problems with unwanted guests, leaks etc which put my mind at rest.
A contract has now been drawn up with a company for pest and rat control and hopefully will be in place as soon as possible.

Collen and Paul have now joined the forum and Im sure will post soon. Im sure you will all welcome them to our ' neighbourhood '

Also if anyone has any defo dates to go over please let me know and I will add them to the calendar http://www.propertycommunity.com/forum/calendar.php?c=1

PS bloomin freezin here today! xx

Default Xmas on Sierra

Hi all

Sheriff is talking about arranging something for Xmas, trees decorations pool party. Anyone else up for it? I suggested maybe Xmas day as I know Xmas day is quite low key in Sharm as they dont really celebrate it and they normally have things going on Xmas and New Years Eve. Any other suggestions???

We will be out from 16th til 28th and I know Colleen and Paul will be out then as well ( cant remember if you are back home before Xmas day though ).
