Sorry redseasound but I have been in real estate for many years and that is RUBBISH. If my vendors are asking too much money I will refuse to take their property. There are plenty of vendors but clients are my lifeblood; without them we would be out of business we ALWAYS try to get a better deal and if it cant be done in the price we will try to get better terms and conditions in the contract.

Hi Redseasound,

Interesting debate here about prices and supply and demand. I believe after reading your introduction that you also dabble as an agent selling real estate.

It makes a change hearing agents arguing with each other and its refreshing to hear such a debate although I believe we started this discussion on the thread entitled "an over supply of beds?" or something similar. So are we going to have round 2 on that thread? lol.

Ps Looks like the new kid on the block is going to have a lot of coffees to buy people to placate them when you meet them over there?

Ps me and Awahee123 are coming over to Hurghada on the 22nd January so get the drinks in...?

Everyone seems to be visiting in the next couple of weeks and, then, by the time I arrive on 31 January and will be all on my own when Peter leaves on 8 Feb, none of you lot are going to be around!
