on the serrenia website FAQ section completion date is now dated 2011.

maybe these appointed media specialists will ask the developers to give a realistic completion date, the articles were posted by media watcher websites, and not the newly appointed firm.

Hi - maybe if you are an Agent it is best to get an update on the developer and not a forum?

Yes, so that nobody else misreads it. What I meant to say was that we have clients interested in Sahl Hasheesh properties (other than Serrenia). And knowing what's going on with the largest project in Sahl will help. Our developers there unfortunately do not know more about Serrenia than we know. I was there about a month ago and saw a couple of excavators, but not a whole lot of action.

Now you are making me feel it was a mistake asking an innocent looking question... Oh well...

Hi - no I didnt want you to feel you were making a mistake. But as stated earlier maybe direct the questions to the developer who will know more for your clients. If the developers dont know then buyers certainly wont. Alot of developers dont post on the forum so wont be able to answer. xx

Yes, I am actually planning on getting the membership as soon as we have our site translated into English. We are originally working in Russia and Latvia but thought that we have some good exclusive deals in Georgia, Latvia, etc. that I hope will be interesting to the visitors.
