Hurghada - Red Sea still low outlay to get started.

Is this just for investment on the cheap is so you could get a studio somewhere that is not too far from the beach / popular toruist areas, without furniture for between £13K - £16K.

Payment terms could be over 2 years or as little as 1 month depends on if you want to start using soon or off-plan way into the future.

.
Too much choice will be your problem

You need to get an idea of what you're looking for to cut down on what to look at.

Hi Stevie and welcome to the forum. We have a sticky thread for introductions so you might like to post a few lines there.

See the thread on page 2 ref Property Developers and payment plans to get an idea.

All developers will offer something different. But most seem to be a deposit with the balance paid over 2 or 3 years interest free. There are many properties for sale under 25k and most will give you 10% discount for cash - we got 15% discount.
