our main business through our online portal, We work against commission basis, and it varies.
What I'm offering you to be our UK main partner who promote the properties in the UK market with different ways and in case you find interested client to buy one of our properties or sometimes with specific things needed then we look for it, then you send the customer to Hurghada to show him the property in real, then in case of success sales i pay you half of the commission that we charge the owner and the client whom we charge 2.5% of the property price against our services. which means you will be my company partner in the Uk and i will put your details to Uk contacts.

Am I correct in that you actually charge the buyer 2.5%

- that's not likely to attract UK buyers very well
- and commission sharing would have to be at a good percentage to make it worthwhile

- are you selling anything really special to make it wothwhile

Sure I charge the clients this percentage, we safe the client time and efforts to find a nice property that meets his or her requirments, then we protect him from dealing with other people who might theft him or buy sell something not existed for him beside we take the client in a free tour all over hurghada, or marsa alam or what ever destinations he wants, and for commission sharing it can be woth it if we work on projects that give us more than 5% that it will be nice money to work for. please if interested send me a private message to be able to tell more info about my company.
