I looked at West Side Village. They have a payment plan where you pay 40% within 30 days and the rest interest free over 24 months. To give you an idea of the figures a one bed apartment, costing £19964, deposit of £2000, £6000 within 30 days. Then 24 months at £500 a month.

Hope this gives you an idea

Lyndsay

Cheers Lyndsay. Just spent the last half hour on the phone to the people promoting Hania Beach and is roughly the same as what you posted.

our original plan was to take our time and wait until our UK property was sold. we went out last week just to have a look, we where definately not committing ourselves. Needless to say we returned the proud owners of two apartments. Things definately seem to be moving quick but there are still good deals to be had.

Would I need a deposit or do they do 100% mortgages?
Not sure but think there was a thread regarding this sometime this week.

Thumbs up One size fits all! RED SEA PROPERTY IS A REALITY!

The best option is to decide which development suits you best, then talk to the agent about your circumstances.
This is Egyptian property nothing is set in stone! with so many people interested in purchasing property why restrict your customer base with rigid payment plans. We have arranged many personalised payment plans via our agent network which have incorporated a mix of small deposits, % interest free periods and mortgages. Don't let the men in dark suits smother your dreams, talk to the guys in the know, you will not know whats available till you ASK!
