Thumbs down More accurate times for trips

Your words from the original post.

"All the new resorts in the next few years will be up and running, you are more or less central to either travel to Cairo or Luxor even though a few hours drive away."

Hence the lighthearted note about "drivers" - so why not take it as such - I'm sure you know that these locations are NOT just a few hours away.

Hi Dave99,

I really fail to see the issue here what is a few hours???
Don't go around the houses,if you have something to add please add it with your post it's simple.
How many hours would you put?.
To Close this silly issue and move forward add your bit in your post and please enlighten us to how many hours to 1)Luxor from Hurghada and 2)Cairo from Hurghada.

Luxor is four hours drive and you have to travel in convoy as a tourist. I have never driven to Cairo from Hurghada but I imagine it is about the same distance.

If the prices are as above they sound good for beachfront, there is also Regency Beach which is a bit out of the way, however it is also beach front.
