Any more new developments coming up which will represent good value for your money,we would be interested in any part of Egypt,also anybody got any info on prices in Luxor???..

its a busy port... not much to do in terms of centres, bars etc etc...very egyptian.. Absolutely no point in buying in Safaga if you could get something similar in price in Hurghada.

Safaga is going south from the airport, just after Makadi.

I did not say Safaga just replying to question no new developments and said Oasis Marina Beach are new project in Hurghada also someone said you find it hard to get beach front under £20'000. Just being helpful
