Hi does anybody have any info on any new developments in Egypt, any that are not already mentioned on the forum would be a big plus.

Hi all,

I am just letting everyone know of a new development by the Orbit group,the development will be called Samra,it is supposed to be beachfront with 1500 units in all,I believe around the intercontinental area.I think someone has mentioned it on here before.Now again I believe prices to start from £600 per square mtr it may be more it may be less.Keep your eyes and ears open.

That sounds a bit expensive, but never mind we can get someone to buy in it and then go and visit them and use the beach free. LOL

Hi J4,

I think it is a bit on the expensive side we will have to see what materialises.
The thing is i've found any developemnt on beachfront seems to command the same sort of prices wether they be in Hurghada or Sahl,a bit odd really.

oasis marina is about £650 per square metre and that is beach front, on the way to el gouna.

Certainly looks good and very reasonable,We know now Iraida are good at delivering the goods so let's hope they keep it up,it's nice to know your developer gives a damn.

the bigger you buy the cheaper the metreage is and also you can get alot cheaper if you go for discounts and you can get 25% discount

I must admit I do like iraidas developments,the thing is if you go and look around Hurghada there are bargains still to be had from the smaller Egyptian developers for eg 2 bed aparts from £30k which is a very good price especially around the lotus development area.

marlion is beachfront was told and priced at £700 per sqm
