Just to say i did finaly get my 1k back. It took from Feb19th until today and lots of phone calls and false promises.

I was also hoping the final plans with building licence would have been available by now as I am out there Friday 23rd May. Will be difficult to make a decision on buying here if I don't know exactly what dimensions I am buying.

I met with the developers this evening and they still believe that the building licence will come through some time next week.

sorry was on a vacation for 21 days and just start to be back , we all waiting till the developer finish the license
