Hello everybody,Iam buying with my buisness partner a 2beds in RB,I agree with Neil about his comment regarding buying in square footage, because the initial price was calculated on those bases, Iam dissappointed also with this development so far even though i havent pulled out yet, still waiting for that light in the end of the tunnel and by the way this forum have been very helpful to me.

[U]P.S.just to mention something about communal area ,who is to know what is really the exact total communal area of the whole project except for the developer????

Hi Baz1
Hit the nail on the head, we don't know how the communal area is divided up etc... but if the grapevine is right then it's not on a proportional basis. Do you know what percentage of your purchase is "communal"? I'm assuming you've got 92m2 or bigger. Did you know the beach area and approx. 200m out to sea is also costed as communal (only joking). We should hopefully hear about contracts v. soon according to previous posts.
Laters, Neil

I think I'll give Peter a shout - he manages to get through to the office! See if he can find out anything. I haven't even heard from Philip Morris though so you're one up on me!

Peter says that he heard from Philip Morris yesterday - apparently planning approval is complete and contracts should be out within the next 10 days.
