Hi,
To share my personal experience, I was in a position to be 'double sold' a property in Hurghada by PHW. But when it was realised that a mistake had been made the company took the 'correct' action and cancelled the transaction even though this has left them in a compromised position.

And for what it is worth, when in Hurghada I met up with Alison and she seemed genuine enough to me.
