when you re read the LAW statement - there is the same bad English and spelling mistakes that there is in Andy's own statment earlier. What a suprise??

And - where is all the legal jargon that you would find in any statement or letter from a solicitor???

When will building start this seems to be taking for ever to get started. And how about contracts?

well we're out, as for the contracts when we reserved in march we thought we only had a few weeks before contracts issued, its now june and they dont even have planning its laughable at this stage.

best of luck to all who are still in i sincerley hope it goes well, but we'll have no regrets, there are always good deals i was told for every good development theres 5 more on the way, there have been 2 come up since we reserved & you dont even have to pay extra for walls , we are in no particular hurry but thats just us.

Im out as well. Just had my reservation confirmed on oasis marina. I reserved on RB in January and had nothing but worry since. That sort of made my mind up in the end.

yes, i know one lady who has been refunded in full she pulled out before us.
