Hi Paule,

So pleased that you made your decision and are happy to go ahead. I think once the decision is actually made, whatever it is, you can start to relax. Congratulations. (Hopefully the contracts will be ready for you in time).

Don't worry about your English - you always make yourself clearly understood.

Best wishes
Linda

Hello Andy
what I would like to know is 1 who are the directors of your company?

2 who currently owns the land at Regency Beach? and who's name will it end up in?

3 when will the building start? Property Hotspots said months ago that it had already started which is clearly a lie.

Now I am not here to cause you trouble, I just want hard facts not fiction.

Thanks Tony.

We arrived safe and sound (I'll post details on other threads)

As Andy has already stated I sat down with him this morning and he showed me all the legal contracts for Regency Towers.

The original contract between Mr Andy Harris and Mr Waleid Adb Alla Ibrahiem Citizen Carrying Number 27301142101574 stated that Andy was purchasing 71 Apartments in an unfinished state. It also stated that Waleid had to complete all the outside work by 30/06/07; one year later an these have still not been completed.

As I said I have seen all the legal documents and I will post more information over the next few days.

The incident with the Body Guards happened the night before I arrived but it is the talk of the town. All the details that Andy put in his post are how I had heard it the evening that I arrived and I have heard the same story from many different people, the majority not linked to Regency.

On a lighter note my apartment is nearly finished and I can see that a lot of work has been carried out on individual apartments.

Any questions just ask and I'll try and find out as much as I can.

Lyndsay
Lyndsay what we need is facts about Regency Beach as I have asked above to Andy.

And Andy I must also say to you its very strange you have not answerd my question made to you on both forums. If you have nothing to hide then please answer my questions to you above.

Hi Tony
Absolutely agree. Ownership of RB, ultimate vehicle being used to sell RB to us and also are there problems with registering units with court/ registry for Regency Towers? If so why?

Hi

I don't think Andy has been online for a few days. If you check out his user profile he hasn't been on since the 7th.

All I know about Regency Beach is that it is waiting for the final stamp of approval, the planning permission has been granted but needs the governors final stamp.

In the short period of time that I have been living here I have noticed that nothing ever happens on time. Egyptians have their own time frames and its completely different to ours.

On the legal side of ownership, don't forget that Phil Morris from LAW will be carrying out full due diligence on the project, so at least we know we can trust him.

If I find out anything else I'll let you know.

Lyndsay

According to an email I received from Andy Harris, he does NOT own the land at Regency Beach. It is owned by (his words) one French and one Egyptian person. (Phil Morris at LAW recently told me it was two Egyptians).

AH owns a 50% share of a company (I am waiting to hear back from him as to which company he is referring to) that has power of attourney over the land.

Apparently First Leisure is for tax purposes and Property Hotspots is the trading style. Any business brains explain this for us?
