Yes, here we are.

Now the little hole is a big hole - covering the area of the main block of the development.

Sorry about the rubbish quality but I only have a cameraphone.

Nick from these images I cannot see any work started, some feedback from what your saw on the ground would be very welcome.

Thanks.

It surprises me that an Estate Agent doesn't have a top-spec digital camera. Would have thought it was a tool of the trade

Thanks for the photo's Nick. Must say I hadn't realised that the development was quite so close to the neighbouring villas.

It's only been five days since they started - that's a pretty big hole to dig in that time (especially during Ramadan where there isn't much happening on any site at the moment).

And next time I take some photos, I'll try and arrange for the sun to move out of the way so they look better! :-P

Amazing!!!!!

Talk about shooting the messenger.

There has been hardly any news on Regency Beach since i withdrew in Feb.

Now Propertastic has taken the time to take photo's which he said were not very good... people are moaning instead of saying thanks.

If the pictures were best quality they would still have only shown where the ground is being prepared. I feel with the credit climate.... and less purchasers... it is great to see work starting.

By the way Propertastic i have received updated photo's of Regency Heights from PHW but if you are around the area in December i would be grateful for some more.

I have booked to come out on March 3rd.

Thanks for the kind words of support, Randall.

I'll shoot off a few mre pics of Regency Heights for you whenever I'm up there again next.

From my cameraphone. Because even if I had some Nikon Pro 11 Mega-pixel professional camera I'd still do something dumb like forget to take the lens cap off. I do words; I leave pictures to my girlfriend.

Hi for me its not shooting the messenger, I am gratefull Nick has taken time to post images, just wished he gave us all more feedback on what's going on at the site when he visited. i.e were their many workers on site?

Thanks again Nick, you do a good job.
