Now, this is indeed strange. There're many people living in Hurghada. Some of those people posted pictures of the development here before. Now, there're no info, no pictures here for quite some time. Can't someone to go and shoot the current state there?

has this actually got planning yet as surley no work can be started without it any feedback and why this is taking so long. all other developments on that road seem to be up and running and work started

I wish I could say the same about my experiencs with LAW (Philip Morris) and Property Hotspots Worldwide.

I have read a lot about what has been said and unfortunetly I can not agree.

Although neither are connected in anyway, they do seem to have a very close working relationship. Can a developer really recommend a solicitor to use their services???

You wouldnt buy a house using a solicitor the seller had recommended would you?? i did and it wasnt a pleaseant experience.

Hi - have you bought on this resort??? I would always as many others, to use an independant lawyer. I personally would not use a lawyer that my agent or developer recommends as there is normally something involved for both parties eg comm so they are not independant.

I am purchasing at one of the Regency Developments. I do hope you are not another of those scaremongers doing the rounds.
