My husband and I have purchased a 2 bed apartment with a view to living out in the land of sun, sun and more sun in 2012 - to get away from the Olympics. Have been reading through the literature and have 1. question, does the apartment come with air con or do you have to pay extra to have it installed, if so (installation) can it be done during construction??

i think you have to ask your agent as it depends where and what you bought

first time investor here, bought a 1 bed aprtment here for £23,400 A WEEK LATER IT WAS WORTH £31,600 a £8,200 profit in a week lol! u cud say im happy yeah!!

Hi All,

I have just bought on WSV, I must say i was very impressed with the project, location, price and facilites!

I was in contact with Andrew from WSV for a number of weeks, he was more than helpful, all information i required he was more than happy to supply! after reading through all the information i went to vist Andrew at the investor show in london and was very impressed with the model of the project, gave a great representation of the project.

I later that day decided to buy a one bedroom penthouse with private roof terrace, which me and my partner are more than happy with. After lookin at alot of developments in the area its clear that WSV is the best development there and im more than happy.

It is my first overseas investment so i have been very cautious but WSV made me feel very confident in investing my money, it seems a fantatasic investment and heard that people who bought early on already have made 30% id advise more people to invest in WSV, if my cash flow would allow me to i would most definatley buy another!

Im lookin to get out to hurghuda soon can anyone offer advice on flights and hotels?

Cheap flights are very few and far between at the moment. Place a post in the above thread with your available dates, where you are flying from etc and I will look on all my faves that I have to see what deal I can find.
