So we have to be careful at the sea Will find lot of fish from Russia

Hi
Just wanted to know if anyone had any more information on westside village . I am interested in investing here or rivera beach . would like opinions on which is the better investment. Also i have noted that many agents are showing artists impressions of westside however they are actually of the hotel next door , any truth in this ?

Hi I found out a couple of days ago that what you are saying is right they are showing pictures of the hotel next door which i have also just found out is now going to be sold as luxury apartments with spa facilities etc.

As far as i aware though this development is not coming to the market for another week or so but will be well worth a look when it does!!

Maybe its just me but does no one find it a bit alarming when you purchase a property from an agent and then find out the artists impressions of that complex / property is of a hotel next door !
Also can i point out we are using the words 5 star as if this is a 5 star hotel . I am lead to believe this is not the case . It is simply a residential resort with 5 star facilities. What are these facilities ? Where are they located on the site plan ? Are they also for public use ? What are 5 star facilities ? Do they intent to use a holiday company for rentals ? At the moment 3 swimming pools and 600 or so apts does'nt sound much like a 5 star resort.Perhaps some of the agents on here can help answer these questions.
Dont get me wrong i am looking for the right answers.............. i have bought one !

Kevin, I have recent purchased on wsv and much like yourself had done my research and found a similar thing with the images. I contact my point of contact at WSV who was more than helpful cleared any doubt in my mind.

He even supplied some new images of the development, which I must say does look pretty impressive.
