I though this place opened in April / June 2007 - so how come it looks deserted

This plce almost sold ut and already 2 or 4 families living there just not all people are there plus when the old town are beside this project finished will have lots of activities

Seriously though, it does look pretty good. It was one of our first choices but in the end we couldn't afford it.
