Have you googled Laguna Vista as there are lots of Agents out there.

It does look a fab development but too pricey for us. We have bought down the road at Sierra.

i google a lot about this Laguna Vista......
this will be my first buy in Egypt and i am a lite fear....

but this forum is the best, i am reading and reading and learning

but still i have a few questions:
-i will buy two aparments in Hurgada and i will rent them
-is it hard to found local agency for rent it?
-must i have a company in Egpyt to rent a apartmans?
-what are the price for rent?

We do have alot of very knowledgable and helpful forum members here.

I think with regards to renting out your apartment and the price it would very much depend on the size, the facilities in the apartment, within the complex and around the complex. Whether there is a private beach or access to a beach etc.

There are lots of agents in Hurghada that will advertise it for you and you can also advertise it on many of the holiday let sites in the UK ( you do not have to use an Agent to solely advertise it in Egypt ) - google for both of them.

My purchase in Nabq is my 1st abroad and yes it is very scary.

My advise would be to take your time and look at as many as you can and weigh up the pros and cons before committing. The prices are increasing in Egypt.

We bought ours in Nabq last October and have already made £10,000 on it and it isnt ready yet.

My other advise is to ensure you get yourself a good lawyer. I personally would recommend my own Zeaid, who is a forum member on Totally Property.

Me and my buisness partner not buying house in Hurgada with 6 apartmans in it.
