Looking forward to meet you all in due time

hi nigel

ian says he would decorate all the apartments to a high british standard but i said he couldnt compete with the price of an egyptian decorator.

However, don't envy them when we do come out and ian goes around with the snagging list

The units remaining for sale should be snapped up quickly if investors/potential owners are finding 'us' on the web.

This was my first foray into overseas property and if any future purchases, or indeed my existing ongoing purchases, go as smoothly as this then I will be delighted.

I think the owners charter is a great idea and gives the purchasers some control.

if anyone has any questions just ask.
Hi Gordon

Nice to see you posting.

May we can get some help to update the Owners Charter.

The interior pic is the large 2 bed unit (E) facing the sea, this is the living area, with the Arabia Beach Hotel to the left through the window.

You should get a slightly better view from your front balcony.

It shows the new eco air condition features, no electricity needed - it works really well - the temp outside was about 35C, inside was still very comfortable.

No problem - what we save on the electric we can afford to give you a few blankets - maybe even some leather jackets from my partners new shop.

I for one applaud your efforts to go green and think it more than generous to offer free blankets. But free leather jackets too.....that's just showing off. A nice wooly jumper should be more than sufficient.

Red Sea Residencia is the non-painted building

View from the road - showing the front - we're about 80 metres from the road

Views from the rear showing the space at the side of our building.

Nothing blocking us in on 3 sides.

The sea is not far away.
