This off plan resort is in Hadaba which is about 20 mins from the airport and less than 10 mins drive into Naama.

Hadaba has quite alot going on and this is where you will find the new waterpark that has lots of shops and cafes outside. Il Mercato shopping mall and Alf Lela W'Lela are also here. Just down the hill is Old Market where there are an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants. Although in my opinion Old Market is nowhere as clean as Naama the prices are alot cheaper. You will find lots of nice beaches here as well.

This complex is built on 40,000 sm of land and is a residential area of a 4 star hotel.
It has 2 beach access, top floors have roof terrace with views of sea and mountains, 1 and 2 bed, ground floors have gardens, 3 swimming pools in resort. Prices from £52,000.
