Change of plans mean that I will not be using the appartements. Where is there a forum to sell?

I know the Sunset Pearl, which blocks are they in and what are you looking to sell them for (tell me via PM if you wish to keep it off the public forum). I have done a couple of resales now and depending on what you are selling and for how much i will see if i can help. It may be difficult as there are still a few new ones left, if they were 2 beds it would be different as these have almost sold out.

If it was on Sunset Pearl you would need to get a copy of the contract from the seller for your solicitor to see and then as long as everything was ok he would do a re-assignment agreement. You would then take over the contracts and carry on dealing with WWD as the developers. I hope this helps, let me know if you need any further advice.
