I've now received and email from Delise designs saying that they have been appointed by WWD as the official furnishers of Sunset Pearl. Got to say I had a heart attack when I saw the price of a 3 bed package and some of the 'fripperies' I wouldn't want anyway. Are there any furniture package companies where you can 'put together' the furniture you need or require. As we won't actually be living in our appartment full time and have no intentions of renting out except to family and friends I don't need it to 'conform' to a set standard. Delise looks very nice but I don't need an LCD TV or wooden balcony furniture and lots of other bits and bobs I've seen.

I am buying on Red Sea Pearl and it is good to see the development is progressing. I am however concerned about the development that is being built on plot 5A. I was told by WWD that this area was going to be part of the golf course, however with WWD track record should I be suprised that WWD have lied to Me??

My question is Nazab will this development be low level buildings that are not going to obscure the current views on offer from RSP apartments, after all this why I chose the location.

Can you also inform me of what the 10 years membership to the Pyramisa owners club includes? I was told by WWD that there was going to be something set up for owners, but I really can't believe a word they are telling me at present.

Hi Scubadoo, luckily the owners and developers of plot 5A are the same owners and developers of Sunset Pearl and Red Sea Pearl, the Pyramisa Group.
Pyramisa has designed plot 5A to be in a very clever way to be in harmony with the design of Sunset Pearl and Red Sea Pearl and not to block the view from any of the units in Senset Pearl and Red Sea Pearl. Please see attached the future plan of 5A in relation to Sunset Pearl and Red Sea Pearl. The green part on the enclosed picture is plot 5A and the pink color for Sunset Pearl and Red Sea Pearl.
Again this is an excellent advantage for buyers in Sunset Pearl and Red Sea Pearl versus buyers in any second line project that can never control the future development on the front line facing it.

Pyramisa Owners Club includes the following unique features and services for buyers in Sunset Pearl, Red Sea Pearl and in Paradise Gardens as well ( All developments of Pyramisa Group ) :
Free access to Pyramisa Owners Club private beach in front of Pyramisa Hotel.
One week free accommodation every year in any of Pyramisa Hotels & Resorts for 10 years.
20% Discount on rooms as well as food and beverage services in all Pyramisa Hotels & Resorts.

Nazab, thankyou for the information you have provided it is appreciated. I was concerned when I saw the development proposed for plot 5A as I was expecting views acrossed the golf course.

I will be visiting Sahl Hasheesh early December which will be good to check on progress and this visit should also give an indication on the views from RSP.

Neil, were you expecting another development on 5A or golf course?

Hi scubadoo, i was expecting a golf course. However with the way the terrain is i expect anything built to be under the level of Red Sea and certainly Sunset therefore not impeeding any views.

I also had ne idea about the Pyramisa Owners Club, but it sounds good.

ERC already started the development of the golf course around Sunset Pearl. Next week I will be in Sahl Hasheesh and will be able to post recent pictures of the site and the surroundings.
