Hi All, just to let you know Red Sea Pearl and Isis Pearl are now called Riviera Gardens and Cleopatra respectivley. Nothing else has changed as far as the apartments/developement is concerned. They have been rebranded due them now being sold directly by Pyramisa, previous buyers please don't panic, nothing has changed for you other than you will now be completing with Pyramisa. Contact your agents for more information or if you don't have an agent speak to me.

Thanks for the pictures and information Neil. I bagsy my sunbed at the head of the pool and I'm NOT moving. It really has changed since we were there in April and the swimming pool was just a mere hole in the ground.

I was not making mischief or throwing accusations, i was just pointing out what a parasite Neil is, he is continually trying to poach other agents clients and is continually hanging around this site trying to obtain business on the cheap.

Why is is that as a so called moderator everytime something slightly conscientious is said which happens to be true you remove it from the thread. This forum is turning into something of a joke, no free speach and agents promoting themselves for free !!!

I think it is time for a new forum that only allows agents on the site who are willing to pay for an advert.

Instead of coming on here and throwing accusations around why don't you answer my question of where did i get your email address from if you didn't contact me? I have no intention of or have the need to poach any clients and the ones i am helping have already bought and the agent has been paid as you probably know because i am guessing you arean agent who has not got the balls to come clean.

I wonder if i have been helping one of your clients and they are so impressed with the service i have given them for FREE they have sent you that email to show you what a good agent does.

So tell me how did i get your email address and how can i be poaching clients as the agent that has sold them their property has already been paid? All but one person i sent that email out to has actually replied to me and asked if i will look after them now the one that hasn't replied sent me an email the day before i sent the email out asking if i can keep him updated so that is everyone accounted for.

So please do the decent thing tell everyone who you are because i am sure like me they have already guessed you are an agent causing trouble. I have been tolerant so far but if you continue i will beasking for you to be traced and take legal action. By the way you will see that i am a Premium Member meaning i have paid to advertise and do so on the right threads.
