Hi yes I'm an agent, but before business i try to help people, I just was in marsa alam yesterday if someone asked me before and where it is located i would go there and make some pics, I hope being an agent doesn't upset you

Hi Bombers, yes please share some information with those of us who are still patiently waiting - it would appear that Ted is only able to stir up trouble again (see pages 5 onwards) and has no intention of sharing any info with anyone, that is if he even has the info!

Hi guys,

Congratulations! I would like to say sorry for my posts. As i mentioned - i am a novice in investment. I do not know that market - i need to be very cautious and avoid deals i do not fully understand. Now i examine another subject - however Marsa and others in that area won't disappear - there will be many opportunities.

Marsa could be a good one who knows? It seem that i lost 10%? Not a big deal. Or there are better options?

What is the guide outcome? Is it the same as Zafarana?
What prices are? As forcasted?
What is the timing?

Has anyone ever contacted Zafarana probationers?

Hi all - just had a quick scan at the download and I must say it looks lovely. There are alot of facilities on the complex that will keep young and old busy and entertained.
The furniture package seemed a reasonable price as well. What I liked about it was there is such a choice of different units available.

Guys,

someone asked me here and my agent just confirmed - there are no individual floor plans yet in the guide.
They are coming to agents now as we speak.

Stage payment option is quite good. Mortgages are available only on 81 apartment and will be taken by pre-reserved clients, I would assume.

U might still catch the train for that 10% who knows.
If I remember correctly reservation deposit must be in Guide looks much better than Zafarana, aparments and the whole resort is much better looking, furniture pack is very comprehensive. There are more different types of the apartments, prices vary more as well. We will not need to pay untill happy with due dilligence, etc.
I hope that answers some questions.

What do u mean by probationers?
