all development in marsa alam are mentioned on the forum if we talk about port Ghalib it belongs to El Khorafy group and its execlusive

Steps 7,8 are done. Now you're waiting for step 9 - right? When is the time to pay?

What was the launch? Did you get anything on 26th?

Good morning Alx, some have already reserved our preferred apartments and others are still waiting for their phone call so that they can choose. From 26th they started calling 30 ish people per day (in the order the reservation money was received in the escrow account) and as they have to call more than two hundred people it will take a few days yet before everyone gets to pick their apartment. We do not have to pay any more money until 2 weeks after they have completed due diligence and sent out contracts for us to see (should need to pay by the end of April I am told).
