Default Garden Apartments

Nothing wrong with them at all.

Simply a matter of cost for us and we didnt have the extra 10000 euros otherwise my name would have been on that list! This is good news for you, you may get your first choice.

Lou

You swine!!! lol, received my phone call late at 4.28pm, how precise is that?

Got a reasonable appt in Block 1, decided to opt for the mortgage rather than the staged payment option. The mortgage payments of 5510 per annum are actually less in real terms as the value of funds (net present value) can be ofset against inflation, so am quite pleased to be able to spread the cost leaving me to potentially finance a possible studio elsewhere.

I wonder how long the developer is making phone calls for?

Well done to everyone. I'm sure if the information we've been sent is anything to go by, this will be a lovely resort.

Congratulations on your purchase Chris. Were are you thinking of buying a studio in Marsa Alam as well, or going elsewhere, like Hurghada or Sharm?
