Default Zeiad

Just as a heads up, I have emailed Zeiad to explain the situation and see how much he would charge to check over the contract once and advise and also check over the due diligence just to make sure it contains everything it should do and that there arent any pitfuls in there.

Will let you know when I get a reply.

Lou

Default Lawyers - option to club together

Hi all

I have now had a quote for Zeiad to act for those who are interested (purely on an advice basis - he believes the only important thing at this stage is to secure a safe contract). We would all need individual advice later with regards to registration etc but that is another matter - and perhaps we could negotiate again with him at that point.

He will check the contracts and the due diligence and send us a report on his findings (it would then be down to us to take any action with regards to amending the contract (but if we all want the same thing I cannot see IPI having a problem with it).

if you are interested, please send me a PM with your email address and I can then advise you how much Zeiad wants to charge each individual (he will charge each of us a reduced price rather than one big cost)(dont worry its a good price!!) and this would actually work out easier I feel than us trying to divide the costs out. One of us can send the paperwork through to Zeiad with a list of the email addresses of the people who want the report, everyone can then pay him and get a copy of the report to their individual email (rather than one person having to forward on).

This would save us all getting individual advice.

PM me if you want in.

Thanks.

Lou

Louise, thank you. Zeiad, thank you.

This seems a good way to start, well done, Chris

He is a lawyer who also frequents this website and is recommended by other purchasers who have used him.

At the moment this is purely a review of contract and due diligence we are instructing him to do. Registration will come much later and individuals may wish to do their own thing.

I met with Ziead last week for the first time; I was extremely impressed by his straight talking and in depth knowledge of many issues. I will have no hesitation in using him myself and recommending him to my clients.

Morning optom - you should be able to send a PM now as you've made the required number of posts. The easiest way is to click on the name of the person you want to PM, then choose 'send a private message to..' from the drop down menu. If you need any further help feel free to ask
