Default Zeiad

Hi all

I have now sent Zeiad an email asking exactly what he will need from us (home addresses or just email addresses) and also information on how to pay/when to pay. I have asked if we can all pay him individually so that will make life easier. I will forward his reply to you all (not on the public forum)

I have also explained that some contracts may have mortgages with them and some may have rental agreements with them.

What I propose to do, is compose an email (with all the details he requires) fully instructing him and saying I enclose copies of the contracts and forward it to everyone who is taking part.

Then, if I am away, when contracts are received, could someone (if need be) volunteer to forward the email onto Zeiad with the relevant contracts. I suggest the safest thing to do would be to copy in the group when sending the instructing the email and send one contract (who ever volunteers in my absence) and then whoever has a different contract (be it a mortgage one or a non mortgage one depending on who sends the first email) could then forward the 2nd type of contract to Zeiad in response to the first email (again copying everyone in).

I am trying to make this simple but sound like I am getting more complicated!!!!!! Fingers crossed this will happen before I leave but if in the meantime someone could volunteer to be my back up that would be good (I promise to get everything ready it would just be a case of sending the email that I already prepared and attaching the contract).

Let me know if you think of anything else (or to make it easier).

Lou

No problem at all. Thought that we might have received contracts by today though, but still waiting in anticipation... hopefully very soon!

Hi to all those that PMd me.

ive been corresponding with Zeiad and he wants to see everyone's contracts individually so Karen, thanks for the offer but I will no longer need a back up!!

Ive sent you all an email explaining where we go from here and also composed an instructing letter to Zeiad for each of us to send with copies of our documents (sent in a separate email). If you dont get an acknowledgement from Zeiad when you send this email I would recommend sending him a PM him on here just in case he hasnt got it.

If you dont get my email (already sent this morning) please let me know in case ive written an address down wrong.

Now we just wait for the contracts...........

Lou

cheers Ted, useful to know, plus here is hoping that the £ gets stronger against the euro as the weak pound could cost me a few thousand extra!!!!

Hi,
I am new on investing in properties.

Maybe another question on the Marsa Alam Beach Resort. I looked at this project and have a question, let me know what you think.

First of all you buy the property to enjoy it yourself a couple of times a year. But later on you might want to resell the property. Is it possible and what are the potential gains ? A normal house in a little town, I can imagine you make some profit. But this is a resort in the middle of nowhere.

Any thoughts on this ?

Han
