i love egypt so i have buy 2 apartment in hurghada
continuo in italiano sperando di non offendere nessuno ,ho capito che vorresti informazioni per l'acquisto di un appartamento dove di preciso, ad hurghada conosco alcune persone anche perche' mio marito e' egiziano e quindi e' piu' facile fare conoscenze,dimmi cosa vuoi sapere ,tu dove vivi?ciao aspetto

Ciao!!! In this worldwide we are almost very near, i live Sestola (Mo), i have many ask ...for start..some ask in italy it's more simple..and i'm sure to understand perfectly without repeat!!
Nei tuoi post precedenti in risposta di simmo1 ti riferisci al marsa alam beach resort..a cui sarei interessato? Mi piacerebbe avere un po' di tips&trick su investimenti in egitto e le tue opinioni su questo resort..
Avevo contattato planethouse com per avere info..ma dopo un contatto con un commerciale di Firenze!! non riesco ad avere ne prezzi ne disponibilità...

questa nuova struttura dovrebbe trovarsi a nord della citta', uno studio di quarantanove metri viene ventinovemilaeuro, con zona cucina come fanno di solito +terrazzino
io ho alcuni dubbi essendo una struttura molto grande, pero'questo e' personale ,io preferisco cose piu'piccole altrimenti ti sembra di essere sempre in albergo.ci sono diverse agenzie che lo sponsorizzano, basta cercare su internet scrivendo in inglese .a marsa ci sei gia' stato?ciao grazia

yes, you are right...i have read a lot of post but...60 pages..too more, i navigate to find some image of work in progress but almost nothing, if i understand correct work are started..

I see in your site that you can sell somthin on this project can you tell me Availability?

No i never go in Marsa Alam, but i hope i'l go very soon.
I'm looking a nice structure as invest and as pleasure for some week..
and i think this project can mix my targets.

I've bought with planethouse agent... if I don't mistake it is the only developer approved Italian agent.

Sorry everybody...but i prefer to complete my post in Italian it is more simple for me...

Prima di procedere all'acquisto mi sono premurato di raccogliere più informazioni possibile, ho tutto quello che ti occorre per chiarirti le idee riguardo questo progetto.Io non posso perche ho pochi post, ma se vuoi appena ti è possibile mandami un pm e vediamo come recapitartele.
Mi farebbe piacere conoscere uno o più acquirenti Italiani con i quali attendere l'inaugurazione di questo magnifico (se mantiene tutte le promesse) resort.

A proposito...dimenticavo io sono di Napoli...
