Hi Julia
My Name is Garry Waddington from One Stop Overseas Construction, just to clarify and answer your question. WWD have now moved their development to just in front of Abo Ashra mall 200 meters north of the origional plot No 4.

I can also confirm that that Plot No 4is now the location of our development Pyramids Beach which we have already started the construction of. If you visit the site you will see our display banners locating showing the location.

If you would like the full confirmation from both El Riad and WWD with google maps etc, I have these on file so please email me on info@onestop-overseas.co.uk and I will be happy to send them to you.

There are noproblem for me Mr Garry , what i talk about the firs line plots of this region is 10,000 sqm . for each plot so you mean that you and WWD in the same plot ? if it ? that mean : may be you are second line ? if not . and Abu Ashra is not of in the front of plot No 4 .
revise the google earth map which i attached .

Mr Garry i just want to know all information because i have many questions from my clients on this region .

Hello Julia

I hope this clears things up for you... I have attached 3 images.

The first is a letter from WWD that tells people of the move from the original plot to the new plot.

The second is a google location supplied by WWD identifying the new location.

The third is an amended google image showing the location of other surrounding developments.

The only thing that is not shown on the image is the Abu Ashra mall that I believe is situated behind WWD development but this would have to be confirmed by Abu Ashra mall.

I hope this explain things and assists you in your information to your clients but if you need any more assistance please do not hesitate to contact.

Hi we brought an studio apartment at Pyramids Beach cant wait to see it when it finished going out in december.we are only for the sun.

It's the prices that makes this project a winner....
First come will be rewarded with a splendid location. I've always stated the best investments are beach fronted and have a good hotel management company run them.

hi alan - from the photos they don't look beach front properties but are the other side of the road?
Have they already started building these either side of the oasis resort by Iraida then?
