I have received some information about Pyramids 2 in Hurghada. It consists of 192 studios, 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments built by UK construction company and 250 metres from the beach and 5 mins from the town.
Facilities and benefits include 10 yr build guarantee, 7,000 sm tropical gardens, childrens play area, large pool including childs section and on site life guard ( this is unusual ) restaurant, cafe with internet businness centre, fully equipped gym, minmarket, sat tv internet and telephone points in all properties, air con, laundry service which also offers rental changeovers, large communal roof with bbq's, 24 hr gated security, free on site shuttle bus to town, beach and golf course, taxi service offering airport pick ups, sight seeing tour ops, key handling rental management service, £500 maintenance fee per yr capped for 5 yrs, full maintenance and repair service, reinforced concrete foundations, polished cream marble effect floors, ceramic tiles on floors and walls in bathroom and kitchen, interiors painted cream, fitted kitchen with s/s sink and granite worktops, smoke detectors.
Prices from £15,000.

I Googled it and found lots of agents selling this resort. From the few pictures available, I can't say that I like the looks of it. The outside areas look nice but not the appartment buildings themselves. Only my opinion and I'm sure there's better pics available that would make me change my mind

You may have already found it but if not you can google "one stop overseas" and you'll find the developers website where you can download the brochure and get all the information. I'm an independent agent here and sell most of the projects in and around Hurghada so if you would like any unbiased information I'm happy to help.

It's certainly got lots of facilities - I'm still not sold on the look of the buildings but overall it looks as though it'll be an impressive resort.

Thanks Anna78 will take a look. Good point from Isab about the look, doesn't inspire but the facilities and guarantees etc are really impressive. TC
