I'm guessing you've already checked all of this thread but try this one too http://www.propertycommunity.com/forum/egypt...egypt-why.html. I know there's some Regency Towers owners on there.

Hi Wayne,

I have bought an apartment in Regency towers - due for completion at end of March. I am in Hurghada from 25/4 for 3 weeks and intend to stay in it if completed.

Hi Lyndsay, Thanks for sharing your photos with us. When I was out there end of february 2008, it all looked really great and had a good feel to it. The only thing is we havent got a balcony, which is a big shame, but there weren't any left for a good price, we only new of one. Also we have been informed that kids will be allowed on the roof in the evenings, they just dont want children running up and down during the day disturbing people on the floor below. I couldn't take photos as I was filming it for me wife and kids, well that and alot of others.

Cheers
Wayne

Hi Rockcrew,
Have you brought to invest or will you be using it yourself alot? We want to use as much as possible, but it will probaly not be this year because of commitments in uk, much to our dissapointment!!!. But you never know we just mite beable to manage it near the end of the year. Nice getting to know people that have brought an apartment in the Regency.

Cheers
Wayne

Hi Tommy,
We are going to buy apt 212, just waiting for the paperwork. We were down for 308, but we have just been informed today that they got it wrong and have now been offered 212. Does yours have a balcony?
This is Dawn, Wayne's other half.

Hi Dawn,
My apartment has a balcony, I thought about a 2 bedroom, but went for a 1 bedroom with balcony. The balconies are not very.big, enough for a couple of chairs to sit and enjoy a glass of wine.
