Thats good. I like it and I can't see why Wayne really don't like it. We are still arguing about it! Wayne is a stubborn git! He said he would rather we go and buy our own then. I'm working on it! Lol We have decided to stick to material for the sofas, because Alison has told us all the covers come off so you can wash them. Mind you he did say I can pick all the interior. So I hope to presuade him to keep what we are already getting.

Hi Lindsay, as you are so close to relocating, (very, very close, you must be so exited). Was wondering what your position in R.T. is re meters & registration.
Also, did you have any other furniture made locally. Your pull out bed/sofa is great, as is all your apartment, (tho it did rather resemble a coffin in its early stages). I'm sure you'll be really happy living there.

Hi Vix

On the final countdown now, less than 2 weeks.

We haven't registered our apartment yet but it is on my list of things to do the first week we are over.

We didn't get any other furniture made as everything was included.

The only additional things that I bought where the light fittings. If you can bring out our own pictures and accessories as they are hard to come by and if you are looking for modern things they will be expensive.

When are you hoping to go out?

Lyndsay

Hi Lyndsay, Had a look whilst out there in May, but didnt find much to take my fancy. Its only a studio so wont need much. Had a couple of 'Bedouin' mattresses made tho'. Theyre similiar to the mattresses on your pull out bed, got them covered with zips fitted for £16. each, its just a matter of looking in the right places isnt it? Not sure yet when I'll be going out next, I'm due back in Dubai early Sept, so may be not be until after then as its too hot for me just now. Good luck with the move and the doggie.

Hi Lyndsay, I won!!! Lol We are going for the built in sofa bed! We were going out in August but Wayne can't get time off work for that month so we are going in September, but we won't beable to take the kids because we cannot take them out of school. Thats a big shame, I really wanted to take them!! Have to take them next year now. I can't wait!!

Hi Lyndsay, We have finally booked flights to hurghada, we are going on the 12th september arrive back home early hours on Friday the 19th. Bit gutted its not longer but it suits Wayne because of work commitments. Its a shame we can't take the kids this time round because of school, but it gives us the chance to make sure we have everything we need there. Can't wait to go!!!

Hi Dawn - we have just come back and it is great to see a locked front door on the apartment. It was exciting picking out the furniture so I know how you feel. I just cant wait to get back to see it fully furnished. What are we like!!
