Hi All again,
I have finaly managed to upload some more photos of the roof terrace, it took me a while to work out as I had to resize the photos. Anyway, its all coming on and its very nice. The jucuzi's have a radio or you can put a CD in to listern to while your relaxing.

I would just like to say a big thank you to Andy and Alison plus all the regulars i the Sunset Lounge bar of Regency Towers for an excellent weeks hospitality. Having not met Andy or Alison before but having read lots about them on the forums i can honestly say they were excellent hosts.

Andy arranged a boat trip which included snorkelling and diving, we met at Regency Towers for breakfast at 0830, set off for the boat, sunbathed, snorkled, dived had lunch on the boat and then came back all for £25, (diving extra).

I agree he is big, loud, brash however having been round his other sites i can see he gets the job done and he needs the attitude to get it done. An example one of the workers varnished some stones but didnt remove drips of paint underneath, he called his forman over told him to get the person responsible to start again and remove the paint drips before varnishing and he will do it in his own time. Excellent, now imagine if someone did that to El Riad workers, they may have finished a building by now!!! I think the way he works is going to ensure his developments are finished properly and on time, he will upset people along the way but id the customer pays for something he is going to make sure it is delivered. Any chance of you paying El Riad a visit Andy???

I see nothing has been posted on here for a while now, has anybody been out to their apartments recently? Hows everything going? It would be nice to hear from anybody.

Do you know if the satalite has been connected to all of the apartments now and if everything is up and running? Hows the jucuzi's are they all up on the roof now? I haven't heard anything for a while now.

Hi Dawn,

The satellite connections are going in and mighty fine it is too. I was over from 31/12 - 14/1 and they were working round the appartments .

I didnt try the jacuzzi , although there are 3 on the roof and one at the roadside still to be installed. I dont know if they are up and running yet. The roof terrace islooking good as all the cables are getting cut away as the new connections are completed.

Al;l satalite connections are in and the cable has been pulled for the internet all should be connected in the next couple of weeks

Hi, The apartments are lovely and in a very good location. We personally love our apartment, they are quiet big, in fact I was shocked how big they are when I first went over to stay in the apartment. The complex is also very nice. Hope that helps.
